The other day I promised myself to be more mindful and present.
When I stopped and observed what was going on around me, I noticed how very few people were in the moment. Most were either scurrying and hurrying or completely distracted with their device
in hand.
Life is short and we make it shorter when we constantly fill our time with busyness and distraction.
Challenge yourself to stop and be in the moment each day. There’s plenty of opportunity to do it. Try it when you’re standing in line, waiting for your coffee, on a lunchtime stroll, commuting to work or out shopping.
Pop away your phone and just be there. Mindfulness is a way to connect – it is good for the body, mind and soul.

You could be afraid of an outcome more so than taking the leap of faith. Some people are afraid of being successful and hold themselves back; perhaps unknowingly. Others are afraid of losing everything and hold on tight to all they have.
People are afraid to stop drinking, quit smoking, lose weight etc., because they’re afraid of
what might happen.
Fear keeps you in your comfort zone.
Fear keeps you from expanding.
Don’t be controlled by your fear – LET IT GO!

Happiness is a mental state; much like a muscle that can be trained so too can happiness be practised. Learn to think happy and pleasant thoughts a lot of the time. Focus on the good, not the bad. Enjoy what you have now and stop waiting for tomorrow.

Our Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis treatment is like having the Gastric Band surgery, but without having the surgery 💃

After one session of virtually putting a band around the client’s stomach, the client is instantly satisfied with much smaller portions and desires healthier food 🥗🍒🥦

After working with hundreds of VGB clients over the years I still get a kick out of seeing my clients transform!

My client A, began her program 6 days ago because she was constantly hungry, snacking before meals, snacking after meals, eating large meal portions and had a thing for eating dessert after every dinner. Overnight she went from those eating habits to eating 3 small meals per day and feeling super full in between.
