Australian Human Rights Commission. How were you affected by COVID measures? Closes 30 June 2024. The Commission is calling for stories from people who were impacted by the national, state and community responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I have learned that in the case Fidge v Pfizer & Moderna, Justice Rofe failed to mention that she had been Pfizer's lawyer in numerous earlier court cases.

I have read the Complaint letter the lawyers for Dr Fidge have sent to the Chief Justice of the Federal Court and also to all of the Senators and Members of Parliament.

I am very concerned that a judge of the Federal Court would fail to share this very relevant and important information with the parties, and especially Dr Fidge who is trying to protect Australians from GMOs.

I share my concerns with you as my representative in Parliament and ask that you insist that an appropriate investigation is carried out into Justice Rofe's conduct.

I ask you to ensure that you have considered the Complaint and will pass it on to the Attorney-General and Solicitor-General so they can ensure all Senators and MPs are alerted to the Complaint so they undertake their individual duties to uphold the Australian Constitution when matters of judicial misconduct are brought to the attention of both Houses of Parliament.

An investigation can only be initiated by you when each House of the Parliament passes a resolution for a Commission of Inquiry to be established into the conduct of Justice Rofe, pursuant to section 9 of the Judicial Misbehaviour and Incapacity (Parliamentary Commissions) Act 2012.

A Commission of Inquiry serves to assist all members of Parliament execute their Constitutional duties under Section 72(ii) of the Australian Constitution.

Discover Your Courage

In a Native American story about courage, the Great Creator gathers all living things together and presents them with a challenge. “I gave each of you courage,” the Creator says. “But it is something I want humans to work hard to discover. Where can I hide it?”

The eagle spoke. “I am not afraid to soar high into the sky. I will place it among the stars.” But the Creator said, “No. One day humans will fly into the skies and easily find this.”

The dolphin said, “I am not afraid to dive deep into the ocean. I will deposit it on the ocean floor.” But the Creator said, “No. One day humans will go far below the surface of the ocean and find it.”

Then a tiny gnat spoke up. “I cannot soar into the sky or dive deep into the ocean or dig into the ground. Even so, I have courage. Why not place it inside of humans? Then it will be up to them to discover it themselves.” And so it was.

Until you discover your courage, you will not be able to see how high you can soar and all of the things that you can accomplish.

I will seek the courage within me and use it to guide me in all that I do.

Late last week, the NSW Court of Appeal found that the Personal Injury Commission was correct in awarding Ms Diane Dawking (a special needs teacher) workers compensation for the psychiatric injury she suffered as a result of the Department of Education's repeated threat that if she did not inject herself with a drug still in clinical trials that she would lose her livelihood.

A few days earlier, the South Australian Employment Tribunal awarded Mr Daniel Shepherd workers compensation for pericarditis suffered as a result of his employer pressuring him to receive a booster shot, even though the first and second shot both gave him various adverse event symptoms.

Both employers tried to abrogate their responsibility and liability with technical legal arguments seeking to deny that their conduct was a significant cause of the injury. They failed. Both employees will receive weekly payments and medical expenses paid for by their employers into the future. Good.

Most employers have no knowledge in medicine or health and are simply not qualified to deem any kind of medicine a reasonably practicable control measure for any perceived health risk. Employers never should have sought to override their employees' right to bodily autonomy and privacy and should never do so again.
