CHORIZO, PEA & SAFFRON RISOTTO
This risotto has a bit of an identity crisis. On one hand, it has been made with Arborio rice cooked slowly in chicken stock. Sounds pretty Italian so far right? But then we flavoured the risotto with, among other things, smoked paprika, saffron & chorizo sausage. Starting to sound a little bit more Spanish now isn’t it? Our risotto may be a little confused but is very delicious!

PUTTANESCA SAUCE
The classic napoli stir-through sauce of tomato sugo, olives, capers, anchovies and parsley with a hint of chilli. Handmade in small batches by Andrew Blake. Fold through your favourite pasta (we suggest Rustichella Linguine) or add some prawns or yellowfin tuna for an elevated meal addition.
CHICKEN POLPETTE, TOMATO & BASIL SUGO
Free-range chicken minced with basil, ricotto, parmesan, garlic & egg. Formed into golf ball size orbs, and baked in a rich tomato sugo. Pity help the next person who makes you meat balls after these rippers.

I don’t like to use adjectives when describing food. I tend to prefer to let the food speak for itself. But it in this instance it has to be said that this salad is damn luscious! A little bit slippery, a little bit crunchy and such an so very tasty meal!
