We are looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Admin person with MYOB payroll and invoice entry experience and customer service skills.

Office and Workshop located in Rocklea.

The Position reports to the Managing Director and will be the point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders. Experience in Front office, and MYOB is essential.

The successful candidate will need to be organised and demonstrate sound office administration and accounts processing skills. Remuneration will be based on relevant experience.

Part Time: 20 hrs / Week
Full Time: 38 hrs / Week

Responsibilities:

Attending to and screening incoming telephone & email enquiries, directing incoming calls
Greeting visitors in an efficient professional manner
MYOB input including Payroll, AP, AR, preparing the pay run each fortnight
Prepare invoices using in-house system
Collect, receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Match invoices to purchase orders
Deal with Creditor (AP) and Debtors (AR) queries
Ordering of office supplies
Take minutes of meetings,
Update Outlook calendars and meeting schedules
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing, and scanning

About You

Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal skills, organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner (written and verbal)
Previous administrative and reception/front desk experience
Effective time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Sound computer and data entry skills – intermediate level or up
Understanding of basic accounting concepts such as - Sales, purchases, time sheet recording, and payroll processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Professional and positive attitude and appearance
Current Drivers Licence (desirable but not required)
Parking provided
