A quick cook tonight as I received an awesome package in the mail today from the team at .
So I had to try at least one of the three sauces I received.
So I cooked up a Chilli, With Beef Mince,Sweet Corn and Black Beans with home made Jalapeno Tortilla Chips.

Served with fresh coriander from the garden, fresh jalapeno slices,And sour cream.

And a liberal drizzle of "Echoes" and I honestly was blown away with the depth of flavours in this sauce,It had a nice balance of heat and a subtle chilli taste that lingered like the chiming of the division bell (Pink Floyd Homage There).

I'm really excited to be planning some cooks with these amazing sauces.

Narrenschiff’s Wake '23 - The only seasonal release of the Chimpy Fonzerelli range remains, in essence, a fermented Queen Garnet plum superhot blend.

This season the Carolina Reapers take a back-seat to the chocolate Bhutlahs which were fermented with the Queen Garnet plums for 18 months. For a little extra love aged Moruga Scorpions and a Bhut Jolokia mash join the show. The final product was blended with organic coconut cider vinegar, coconut water, charred mandarins, charred blood oranges, black garlic, vanilla extract, cassia bark, Marayoor jaggery, Pimento Dram liquer, Luwak coffee and the usual Chimpy suspects.
