What a week, Velux sky lights installed into the back roof.
Roughin to the ensuite, waterproofing and bedding completed. On the exterior, what started as a small water leak fix, turned out to be a 3 day process.
All the timber around the louvre and fixed windows were rotten through. Structural beams, sills and external flashings all rusted through and nothing left.
All the glass and frames removed, timber pulled out and replaced completely. There was nothing left.
Window frames rebuilt and glass reinstalled.
The thing I love to do.

Next part of the process with the crew at Every Trade Australia. Roof Flashing works to cover the old brick capping on either side of the house. And removal of the old cut in the back roof section. All of the old beams were completely rotten through. All of the beams replaced and new roof installed.

Existing cedar walls with new framing and 2 mezzanine floors, ceiling battens to all rooms to allow for the new Paulonia ceiling boards.(more pics in future posts.)
Full removal of alternate bracing with new beams.
All works is completed with engineer details and approvals.

Remove an existing external walls and Install of doors and framing replaced in a school project in Buranda.

Doing works for a Commercial company in Manly.
Ongoing project for the last few months.

Works continue on a project in Lota.
Very Tricky project setup.
Plunge pool was installed and we were asked to come install glass fencing around.
All of the glass and timber does not attach to the pool.
Enclose the opening with frame and cladding to match the existing edge of the front balcony, looking towards the neighbour.
Around the pool a timber enclosure was built to hide the plumbing pipes that were directly opposite the front door. Simple timber gate was built on the side to hide the pools essentials.
Another framed enclosure with blueboard ready to render was built to hide the skimmer box and necessary plumbing that was visible from the road.
The top of this enclosure will be finished off with matching tiles to that of the pool.
To complete the look a new fence was installed with motorised sliding gate, single personal gate and a double gate giving access to the side yard.

Just completed a project for a great couple in Seven Hills.

The existing tiled area around the pool was sinking due to a water leak so it had to go.
It was removed and replaced with new spotted gum decking. An open framed pergola / structure was built to follow the lines of the 2 side fences.
Pool pump and heater was relocated with a new enclosure to the rear of the pergola.
New lighting and power throughout the deck and pergola.
Size of the existing glass panel was what setup our design so they could be reused, of course new powder coated black spigots.
New side fence was also completed to give more privacy from the road.
With the new timber deck, the old copping tiles around the pool had to go. New tiles for around the pool and adjoining covered area.

Just completed a refresh on a outdoor area for a sweet old lady.

Had a great time helping the crew at Every trade Australia construct a carport and driveway for a client.
Works completed :
Removal of existing driveway and prep for new concrete and pour.
Install of the Structural steel framing and Perlins.
Timber framing to create wall infills and parapet walls.
Sheet external with James Hardie (axon )cladding, sheet and set the internal plaster ceiling.
Full roof sheet, flashings and callings.
And fix up / enclose the eyesore of the external support beam for the house.

Had a quick call out from a client for a install on ply blocking on 2 full bathrooms switchboard rooms and ply setup for a new TV wall.

What a great project for a new Client. Thank for working with Ian Minney at Every Trade Australia.
Installation of 80 plus doors in a heritage building.
New door openings cut through brickwork, framed out and fully finished.
Couple sets of French door installed.
Integrated electronic lock system throughout, new closers and much more.

Little Garage refurb, place was completely rundown, and about to fall over.
New everything, frames, rafters, cladding, internal sheeting, sliding door and window, and roof.

Just completed a project for TPM Builders.
Matrix cladding project at Virginia.
The boys onsite did great job with the works and finished it off nicely.
All walls were constructed of steel frames, they were then wrapped, battens and cladded.

Helping out a very good friend with there house reno.
The Ground floor of the House unfortunately was riddled with termites. Had the place completely sprayed and treated, month later we started the works.
All walls on the ground floor were stripped out and replaced with new framing and windows.
New external cladding was installed, a new office and bathroom space has been provided for the couple.

Another driveway prepped and ready to pour for a client at Bridgeman Downs.

Completed the project today at Plumer st Sherwood.

The home owner was totally amazed how great the house now looks with all the works completed.
Also to the team at Ideal Stair on the great looking Stairs( manufactured out of Spotted Gum.)

Shed slab and install at a property in Tingalpa.

New set of front stairs installed at a project in Wooloowin, supplied by Ideal stairs.
This is the completion of the works at the house.
Other jobs completed were-
rear deck had been redesigned and fixed (major water issues, damaged joists replaced, new box gutter installed and then enclosed behind new cladding boards.
New and old windows installed around the house,
Cladding boards fixed and new installed around the exterior of the property.
Rear entertainment area has had the water damaged ceiling fixed and the steel posts enclosed to clean up the look.

Completed a floating floor at Sherwood today with the Every Trade Australia .
