It’s happening… This is the start of our Salsa de la muerte, (translation Salsa of Death) AMPLIFIED! We’ve now had 2 staff have to leave the kitchen after the cutting board was washed…

We’re fermenting this bad boy using Carolina Reapers with our signature smoked salsa to make this sauce even hotter.

Once this is ready to roll we’ll have our SDM back on the food truck for those who are game.

For the adventurous we are going to step it up at Archer Brewing where we will be kicking off our burger challenge.

We’re calling the burger My@Hole… It’ll be the hottest cheeseburger you’ve tasted as it’s going to have our fermented SDM plus some fresh sliced reaper for good measure.

There will be prizes if you can finish it.. but you have to sign a waiver to even try and this burger will hurt today and tomorrow…

We’ll let you know when it’s ready to roll.

The Lamb Roast is back! We sold out last time so make sure you get in quick. At Elements, we’re proud of the food we serve. We’ve got an incredible team of Chefs who’ve worked in some of the best restaurants and trained under some of the top Chefs in the world. In summary, we can cook and the Sunday Roast gives our team a chance to shine every week. Great food takes time and this weeks roast is no exception. This week, we’ve marinated lamb leg, slow braised it in wine, stock and the incredible Night Cap Chocolate Port Stout. The lamb is then rested in the stock to allow the flavours to infuse which intensifies the flavour and the braising liquid is then reduced to make an incredible gravy. The end result is lamb that melts in your mouth and plates that come back to the kitchen almost licked clean ;) Come and see what the fuss is all about.

Trivia is back tonight from 7pm.

This however isn’t a picture for trivia, but a picture for Date Night, which is on again tomorrow from 6pm with live music from Andy Schrav. If you opt for the set menu from our kitchen Elements Foods, it’s 3 courses for 2 people for only $75 (the per couple, not per person!) and this is the dessert course. A trio of Belgian Chocolate Truffles made with Nosferatu Distillery blood orange Gin, and a trio of Chocolate Brownies made with our Dark Winter Wheat Ale with double cream and raspberry coulis.

Yes, it is as delicious as it looks.

Sunday - Sunday Roast is on again. This is not your typical Sunday Roast, imagine beef so tender it melts in your mouth, fluffy roast potatoes and a gravy made with an Archer Brew. We keep selling out so get in early.

Todays special is slow roaster pork collarbutt with cumin, oregano and orange. It’s served with roast potatoes, baby carrots poached in Archers incredible Apple Cider and topped off with an Apple Cider Jus.
