🍷✨ Introducing our newest addition straight from the Yarra Valley, Victoria! Crafted with passion and precision, our latest blend features 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Shiraz, each vine meticulously nurtured since their planting decades ago.

In the cellar, “Pinot Noir underwent gentle fermentation with whole berries, while Shiraz was boldly fermented whole bunch for 10 days before meticulous aging in French oak barriques. The result? A wine that captures the essence of our terroir—fragrant, fruit-forward, and elegantly structured.”

This wine is perfect for immediate enjoyment, showcasing a delightful fragrance and delicious palate. It's designed to be savored now or can evolve gracefully over time. Dive into a glass and experience the synergy of two exceptional varietals in every sip!

Friday evening 4-6pm will be a foray into the Belgian beers we’ve just expanded in our range.

Saturday 12pm-whenever the bottles have gone, we’ll be opening some inexpensive imports that drink beautifully and express the varietal and place without hammering your wallet.
