This 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo with PCM3.1 radio came in for a Mr12Volt fibre optic lossless audio Wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto interface. A massive upgrade over the outdated factory Porsche system! A little bit more involved than the BMW units we usually install!

iDrive repairs have been frequent over the last month.
CIC, NBT & NBT EVOs iDrive radio hard drives commonly fail which can cause reboots, blank screens and typically no Nav, Bluetooth streaming or Media Functionality. It appears hot days and humidity/condensation from the aircon vents are causing these issues on NBT and EVO units, with water damaging the HDD.
Considering these are effectively little computers with automotive laptop hard drives, how many laptops over 10+ years old do you still have running...?
These can be repaired better than new! We offer solutions to replace the hard drives, flash the radio unit up to latest 2023 software and install latest maps, ensuring full functionality for years to come!

This 2016 Cooper S got upgraded to a 2021 iDrive6 Fullscreen touchscreen system with factory wireless Apple Carplay.
A full 2023 istep software update was performed and integrated on all modules. Now it's no different to a new car driven off the showroom floor 👍

Release of latest generation aftermarket touchscreen solutions for earlier E&F series BMW vehicles.

These are a cost effective way for earlier vehicles, especially with smaller screens to get Apple Carplay & Android auto, without replacing the iDrive system. Whilst iDrive6+ updates still give the best sound quality and user experience, these latest units are significantly better than previous aftermarket alternatives.

These units for the F25 X3 feature the same ultra bright, high contrast and colour panels as used in our E series Idrive6 retrofits but also have touchscreen. Fast processor only takes 15seconds from bootup to being fully wirelessly connected inside Carplay & Android Auto.
These units also fully integrate with the factory iDrive system and idrive controller. It completely supports the Android Auto latest split screen interface, with the idrive controller able to move between cards without issue.

E70 X5 Active Stop-Go Cruise Control Retrofit completed. This 2007 X5 got updated to 2012+ latest tech retrofitting radar operated stop-go cruise control, which automatically maintains distance from cars in front, and will even completely stop and take off in stop start traffic.

This required a number of new modules and rewiring to uplift the vehicle to communicate to all the modules:

2015 MINI One F56 gets Wireless Carplay and Android Auto added to the factory iDRIVE system, with HD reverse camera installed!

This 2010 520d came in for a full idrive6 retrofit from basic cic system! The original CICM had faulty Bluetooth. We were able to upgrade the full system to iDrive6 for less than BMW dealer was going to charge to fix Bluetooth.

✅All iDrive6 features fully functional, including Fullscreen Apple Carplay, Digital Radio, M Mode Settings, Sport Displays, Car servicing and status.
✅Bowers and Wilkins Diamond Audio Speaker & Amp retrofit.

2010 E92 M3 gets wireless Carplay / Android Auto with lossless audio. This is the latest generation MMI box which features lossless audio via fibre direct to the factory amp, compared to analog lossy AUX on the other MMI solutions. This car has the $3k individual audio option which is the same speakers as fitted to Bang and Olfsen F series cars. A HD reverse camera was also fitted.

GTS DCT software was also loaded and gearbox recalibrated after experiencing issues with inconsistent operation from another vendors DCT tune.

This fully optioned 2014 F15 X5 50i got some updates!
✅2023-03 software update.

This 2019 F20 125i came in for some sound upgrades. Base audio got upgraded to G30 Bowers and Wilkins Diamond Audio package, with amplifier and full wiring harness install. Interior needed a full strip out to ensure the new harness was run per BMW requirements.
Everything coded just like a factory car, Fullscreen wireless carplay and map updates also got added.

This 2011 Mini Cooper S R56 got a wireless Apple Carplay / Android Auto upgrade with reverse camera integrated into the factory system.
