Things the QLD Minister for Women considers “hateful”

But apparently it’s totally appropriate in 2023 for the QLD Minister for Women to demand we all pretend that some men are in fact women 🤡🌎

The new “self-ID” legislation Shannon Fentiman introduced to QLD parliament last year will likely be passed into law in the coming weeks.

It will allow any man to change his birth certificate to say female - no surgery or hormone treatment required - it’s a mere self-declaration.

We know self-ID harms women & girls especially le****ns as well as homos*xual males based on other jurisdictions where it is already law - it removes women’s right to have any spaces free of men (regardless of how they choose to identify).

This applies to teenage girls in changing rooms, r**e victims seeking crisis shelter, DV survivors in housing accommodation, incarcerated women, breastfeeding mothers support groups, le****ns dating online and women’s sport.

Let your local MP know that you do not support this legislation. Also contact Shannon Fentiman’s ministerial office and let her know you do not consent to the erasure of females as a s*x class
