Hideki-san has over 25 years industry experience and is the leading Tonkotsu Master at Japan's top ramen academy.
Unfortunetly due to Covid, We are sad to announce that we have officially closed our doors 🍜. Thank you for all your support these past years, we have enjoyed every moment serving you!
