Step 2: Executed Contract
Once your EOI is accepted, a formal contract is drawn up, to be executed and dated by both parties. All condition timeframes begin from this contract's ex*****on date.

Step 3: Unconditional Contract and Balance Deposit
Once all conditions are met and both parties are satisfied, the contract becomes unconditional. Pay the balance deposit, and voilà, you're one step closer to owning your dream property!
