3 years ago today we opened our doors for the first time. We have met so many awesome people along the way and so many of you still come to see us every week. We are truly grateful 🥂

It’s world pizza day 🍕 and we are remembering how @stefano.spataro1 made it into the top 100 world pizza championchip last year 🎉 who spotted Ste on abc brisbane breakfast this morning? 👀

PIZZA PANOZZO - “ciabatta” panini filled with mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, capocollo and truffle pecorino. Don’t look past this one - it’s a favorite amongst staff.

Antipasto special of the day, until sold out. Lamb and ricotta raviolone house made with brown butter, rosemary and grana padano sauce. Perfect to start the week.

To make our dough it takes more than one type of flour and camera turns :)

Biga is a type of pre-fermentation used to add complexity in flavour, lightness, and texture to our pizza dough. Pair that with our sourdough… . . Come and try! :)
