FRIDAY LUNCH TAKE AWAY SPECIAL - Panino with Prosciutto di Parma, stracciatella, tomato and rocket. Hurry and be there early before those two eat it all!
MATTONCINO - Apple and dark chocolate cake, topped with caramelised apples and almond flakes. We are here for a good feed and some drinks for the whole week!

FRITTA E PIÙ - a style of pizza that Stefano found the inspiration for on his latest trip to Italy. Fried pizza focaccia finished in the oven with capsicum purée and mozzarella. Topped with crispy bacon, spicy kale and stracciatella. For those who like an extra crispy crust.
‘22 ‘Mischiabacche’ Rosso - blend of Croatina, Barbera and Uva rara from Lombardy. Your friend for all things meat - especially Pizza Salamino Piccante. Picked by Ivan!

‘Dallora’ something inbetween a liquer and an amaro, a modern version of an old family recipe based on alloro, bay leafs. Finish your dinner with Antonio Barones creation from Palermo, Sicily!

2022 ‘Torrette’ by .cretes from the Vallée d’aosta in Italy. Chosen by Mauricio as wine of the week and currently on the special board. Predominantly Petite Rouge with a blend of Mayolet, Tinturier and Cornalin. All Indigenous grapes to the area. Fine, delicate and floral on the nose and reflected as such on the palate as well. Elegant and pretty with lots of delicate berries.

POLPETTINA - crumbed and fried beef meatball in tomato sugo and sprinkled with pecorino cheese. See you all tonight for a pre game feed!
