Equal parts juicy, zesty & spicy, our half roast chicken covers the full flavour spectrum! A long-standing staple from the Barrel Hall menu, served with crisp viet slaw & chilli vinegar reduction.

For a refreshing barrel aged beer pairing, reach for our Apricot Harvest currently on tap. Vibrant & funky, this sour golden ale has been blended with 200kgs of Spring Bright apricots out of Victoria.

The latest release from our Felons Barrel Aged beer program, this luxuriant stout has been aged for 9 months in heavily toasted single malt whisky barrels.

Combining obsidian opulence and delightful warmth, enjoy a profile of shortbread biscuits, liquorice, and white oak merriment. Top notes of sweet pastry and dark chocolate arrive to a resounding finish.

Pucker up! We’ve just tapped 2 new barrel aged releases: Apricot Harvest & Blueberry Blossom 🍷

The latest beers to emerge from the oak, these fruited golden sours have soaked up 336 nights of oak-rattling live music before being blended with the freshest fruit harvest of the season.

APRICOT HARVEST (6.0%)
Bright, lasting, and celebratory. This golden sour ale has been aged in Chardonnay barrels for 28 months before a further 1 month on Victorian-grown apricots. Sweet and fleshy with top notes of hay which lead to a superb dry finish.

BLUEBERRY BLOSSOM (5.7%)
Bold, abundant & boisterous. This golden sour ale has been aged in a blend of French chardonnay and American white wine oak for 28 months, with an additional 1 month joined by farm-fresh Queensland blueberries. Jammy, zingy & quite frankly, bloomin’ delightful.
