Finally in Australia! The big man has made a delicious Tequila.

Crafted in a small Mexican town, amidst the highest peaks of the Jalisco Highland mountains, every step of our tequila making process is meticulously done the right way at Destilería Teremana de Agave. The jimadores harvest fully mature naturally sweet agave, we then slow roast them in small traditional brick ovens, and distill in handmade copper pot stills. This creates a bright flavorful tequila that honors the land it comes from.

The 2022 Masterpiece is the first expression of a Single Blended Whisky – a new style of whisky pioneered by Fuji’s Master Blender, Jota Tanaka, who worked in the industry for over 30 years and has been at the helm of Fuji since 2017.

The Single Blended 2022 Masterpiece contains some whiskies over 30 years old, largely from new American Oak, and the nose is described with “sweet and concentrated notes of crème brûlée, bitter chocolate, black cherry, yellow peaches, strawberry, a hint of incense wood”.

Tasting notes describe, “soft on the palate, moderately rich & mellow, peaches and apricots, a hint of aged sherry, spiciness of rye bread,” and a finish that is “Pleasantly sweet and crisp, followed by a long finish with moderately woody and ripe fruit notes”.

Extremely limited and cool!

Cuvée Louise is the flagship of Maison Pommery. This Champagne is only produced in the best vintages from 3 important Grand Crus: Avize and Cramant for Chardonnay (65%) and Aÿ for Pinot Noir (35%). It rests on its yeasts for at least 10 years, offering then a great complexity and balance.

To make this special annual release Cam distills Christmas puddings, then ages this gin for a year in 100-year-old Muscat barrels. The gin has aromatics of classic juniper and a hint of cinnamon, backed up with a rich palate and a hint of sweetness from the Muscat. Sip it neat, mix it with ginger ale or beer, or try it in some great cocktails
