Minimum charge - varies with distance (contact for details)

Big morning at Yandina. Two large steers nearly 400 kg each under 2 years old . + 4 dorper lambs and 4 Aussie white lambs . Excellent condition! Hanging for two weeks !!

We are busy.! We have processed some amazing looking animals so far this year, including the ones today fed on broccolini.

We are taking bookings for next year, at this stage around early feb.

Dates are filling up fast so make sure to plan in advance if you would like us to process your animals.

Great day cutting up two pigs at Bunjurgen . The big one being 130 kg . well feed. The best diet . Some of the best looking pork I have seen in a long time for the size. Only 10 months old.

I wounder what day the bbq is! . Some top quality beef off a two year old square meater steer . Butchered earlier in the week at Ransome.

No rain this morning down at Rathdowney putting two well cared for cattle in the coolrooms. The small one dressed out just over 500kg .

Cold start to the day a bit of ice on the ground. Cutting up a 3 year old cow that was hung for 45 days at biddaddaba . Wish I could of made it to the bbq tomorrow! 4 tasty lambs to finish off the Friday at Yatala.

A very nice steer processed today at Jimboomba . Only 15 month old . Dressed over 300kg . It was in very good condition!!

A bit of a slippery start this morning having to get towed out. Working at the sunshine coast at Kiamba. A nice Wagyu steer put in the coolroom. 3 years of age .

It's good to finally see some sun . Nice morning out at samford putting two steers in the coolroom.

We have done some big animals / jobs lately. One job on the weekend was 3 cattle two sheep hanging for two weeks.!.
Today was two large pigs in the coolroom lots of pork it was over 300kg . Last Friday was a big steer. 6 years old aged for 7days . He came in just over 500kg a few nice photos .

We have a full house 3 cattle and two lambs to age for two weeks.! Up at Yandina. I can't wait to have a couple of days off!

When your day starts like this it's never good . Then 4 weeks later you get your vehicle back with a new moter under warranty 2nd time round thanks Mitsubishi.

Had a great morning out at Jimboomba today. Slaughtering a big fella. Looking forward to processing it later in the week.
I even had the privilege of my beautiful wife joining me for the fun. 😜.

My job makes me hungry some days . The roasts will be be good after a bit of aging in the fridge !

8 more pigs in a coolroom today . It was a good mornings work . Over 500kg of pork. Lots of bacon/ ham . I'm glad it didn't rain the night before . Pigs in mud are never fun .

It's been a good couple of days 1 job over 100 kg of sausages made. 7 different flavours . We butchered a old cow today and made some very tasty snags . 4 pigs hanging in one coolroom. Tomorrow another 6 pigs to go in the second coolroom.

Great morning yesterday out at the back of Beaudesert putting two very nice steers in the coolroom. Not as big as jumbo around half the size/still very large. This time of year is the best with cooler mornings !

We butchered the big steer today. Lucky for us they wanted big 4 kg roasts.! 4 kg bags of mince / every large. They definitely picked the right animal for it . !

I never thought I would see the day but Jumbo bent my gear weighing at 650kg dressed. I think he will be the biggest steer I will do for a while!

3 sheep and a large pig aswell .
