Get ready to raise a glass to the timeless Pilsner, where old-world classics meet bold, modern interpretations. We’ll have three distinctive Pilsners on tap, plus an exclusive Lager release to make this a true celebration.

For an authentic experience, two of our Pilsners will be pouring from traditional Czech-style LUKR side-pour taps, delivering that smooth, creamy pour just like you’d find in Europe.

The third release of our popular Thrillseeker New Zealand IPA series features a powerful combination of Riwaka and Rakau hops. Riwaka brings notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, and its distinctive diesel aroma, while Rakau adds flavors of fig, stone fruit, and a resinous pine character. The malt profile is complemented by Munich and light crystal malts, resulting in a solid West Coast IPA bitterness.

🍺 KRISTALLWEIZEN 4.2%⁠
Expect classic aromas of banana, bubblegum, clove, orange, & fresh bread from this filtered, gold & bright brew. It’s light and refreshing, with a gentle sweetness, tart undertones, and low bitterness. Crisp carbonation lifts the flavours, making it a smooth, easy-drinking wheat beer.⁠

🍺 GERMAN PILSNER 4.5%⁠
Bold aromas of white pepper & fresh herbs jump out of the glass, with woody spice & floral notes from Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. A dry hop of Saaz adds more peppery, herbal character. Light straw in colour with a crisp, refreshing finish, this easy-drinking beer is perfect for a session in the biergarten, offering big flavour & a balanced bitterness.⁠

🍺 BOKARINA BOCK 5.8%⁠
This strong amber lager is packed with delicious malty goodness. Aromas of caramel, toffee and raisin are complimented by clean lager flavours. With a rich body & crisp finish, this lager is far more approachable than the ABV would suggest. This strong lager style originated in Einbeck in the 14th century, and Munich brewers adopted it in the 17th century as a seasonal beer, pronouncing it 'Ein Bock'. ⁠

🍺 BARREL AGED SMOKED AMBER 5.0%⁠
Making a return to the taps (one keg only), this delicious dark red ale boasts bold aromas of bacon & smoked ham, balanced by malty rye whiskey, vanilla, & oak. Brewed with beechwood smoked malt & oak smoked wheat, its powerful smokiness is tempered by 11 months of aging in American rye whiskey barrels. It has a smooth flavour with oak tannins adding body and a dry finish.⁠

UNCHARTED CALI IPA WITH ELANI 6.5%

We’re calling it! This golden California IPA is the perfect beer for Spring.

Whilst we were expecting the new Elani hop from Yakima Quality Hops to display tropical notes of pineapple, guava and citrus we are pleasantly surprised by the sweet notes of lemonade, raspberry and musk sticks the hop has also delivered. Layered onto a light golden Cali IPA base recipe, that has a medium light body and balanced bitterness, this is the perfect IPA for sunshine sips ☀️

Available now direct from the brewery, on tap and in cans. It’s also pouring at today so come visit our stand to give it a try!

When it comes to cleaning stainless steel, our brewers are the best in the business! They recently travelled north to give the kitchen at our new Sunshine Coast venue a sparkling makeover. We’re truly thankful to our Brisbane crew for stepping up to help bring the Sunshine Coast venue to life as we work through the recruitment process and onboard the Sunny Coast team. While we’ve faced a few delays we’re all working hard to get open as soon as possible. We’re excited to see the kitchen equipment go in next week!
