Footpath closed Tuesday to Thursday - the footpath beside the 55 Forbes Street Basement Driveway will be closer out front of Building 2. There is a tiled section being pulled up and refinished to match the existing footpath. Please use the street to walk around.

The Forbes Street entry/exit gate has been damaged. Please utilise the Ferry Road Entry / Exit for your vehicle until further notice. Everyone please be vigilant about basement security! If something or someone looks out of place say something! Management will have this resolved as soon as possible.

Dog and Glass in pool areas : It’s unfortunate that some residents can’t read simple instructions to keep Glass out of pool enclosures and not bring their dogs into the common area.

This afternoon a dog has been in the pool, as a safety measure as this dog does not reside at Riverpoint, residents are being informed. Anyone who sees poor behaviour such as this please remind your fellow offending neighbours of their responsibilities to others.

Reminder to Parents : Please ensues you are within the pool enclosure if your children under the age of 16 are using the pools. Management and the Committee take safety very seriously at all times and children will be asked to leave immediately when a supervising adult is not present.

Traffic change - Forbes Street Roller Door is open this morning. Ferry Road has a concrete pump on it. You can still use Ferry Road if you like, but Forbes Street is open to reduce traffic congestion.

Basement Sweeping: Good evening all, its come time to sweep the basement clean again. This coming Monday 18th September the whole basement and both visitors car parks will be swept and scrubbed. Management are asking clear the basement out as much as is possible. The visitors car park is to be cleared by Sunday night.

Urgent Notice : please use caution walking between Building 4,5 and 6. A toughened glass window on the 6th floor of B6 facing the pool has shattered, likely to fall out at anytime. If you do not need to be in the area please stay clear. B5&6 residents please use basement and or other entry ways if you can. The glass is nor likely to fall directly down, it may 'sail'. The gym and pool in that area are off limits until further notice. Regards Management

Fire warning: a gas bottle attached to a portable heater is the cause of the Fire Brigade on Ferry Rd. The heater hose failed causing the fire to be well fueled.

Please ensure if you have a gas bottle on your balcony you turn it off at the tap when not in use and inspect the hoses for cracks or perished rubber before use.

Herb garden news!!!
The gardener is busy re-establishing the herbs after the caterpillar attack.
She was disappointed to see some of the coriander and parsley plants had been cut off at the base and all stems and leaves taken. This will kill the plant as they need leaves to survive.
When cutting coriander and parsley, please take only the outside stems and leave the new growth in the centre. Also it is important to take the stems as well as the leaves which do not regrow and please take only what you need.
