We have been asked what is the best way to make your Skinny Mix or Mother's Mix Smoothie -
1. Add 200ml Skim Milk (dairy, soy etc.) to your shaker
2. Add 35g of your Mix Smoothie powder
3. Add at least 6 ice cubes and shake it up baby!
4. If you have a little extra time, pop it in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes, shake it up again and ENJOY!
