Baked Fromager des Clarines
– Unwrap & place in the wooden box
– Score the top of the wheel
– Insert garlic & thyme into the cuts
– Splash with brandy, wine or cider
– Bake in a 190˚C oven for 15 minutes
– Serve straight away
