We’re firing up the truck and heading to Low n Slow Meat Co.‘s new location in Morningside tomorrow, serving our famous BBQ from 10am to 2pm!

On the menu are our signature Brisket and Pulled Pork rolls, along with a Brisket Box and two special Banh Mi’s with that Low n Slow Twist…

Head on over to 82 Colmslie Rd, Morningside for some of our signature BBQ and check out the amazing view across the Brisbane River while you’re there!

Setting up at 43 Metroplex Avenue Murrarie. Lunch from 11:30am, come chase the grey skies away with some BBQ!

GLUTEN FRIENDLY FRIED CHICKEN..
yes there is such a thing and it’s amazing.

Check out our southern fried chicken bites these are different to any other product on the market. The chicken is sourced from Nichols ethical free range chicken in Tasmania.

We smoke chicken thigh and pull the meat then batter it in a gluten friendly batter and fry, it served with a smoked chili mayo. You get crunchy bits, soft bits, skin bits so all the good bits.

We cannot say its gluten free as we still have other gluten products in the truck so there is always the possibility of cross contamination. Our products are not recommended for coeliacs.
