Our rural health projects are coming to an end with final commissioning very close to complete.

Over the last 8 months our team has worked around the clock to fast track and bring rural health facilities to Charleville, Morven and St George. Built in Yatala these modules were transported between 500 and 800km by road!

Well done to everyone involved in this landmark rural project.

Our Oscar Apartment project at Scarborough is coming to an end with roof top condensers fit off and under pressure.

Stairwell pressurisation fans and duct is installed with the apartment fit offs well underway.

One in the bag to end 2023!

Russell Air have been awarded the Mechanical services package for the new Craigslea SHS Volley Ball academy centre which will also serve as a badminton training facility for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games!

The project with consist of the installation of Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems to the offices, foyers, kitchens and Comms rooms, exhaust systems to change rooms and amenities and Fantech destratification fans throughout the courts and grandstands.

As Christmas and the New Year approaches we want to thank all of our customers, suppliers and staff for a wonderful year, no doubt it has been a big year of many achievements for Russell Air and we couldn’t have done it without your support.

Our Team will be taking a well deserved break with our office closing on Friday 22nd December 2023 and will reopen on Monday 8th January 2024.

We have been a bit quiet on the socials lately powering through existing projects and securing two new apartment towers for 2024! 🎉

The Stonebrook apartments located in Stones Corner will consist of Mitsubishi Electric ducted systems to 90 apartments over 9 levels, toilet exhaust systems and carpark exhaust systems.

Brisbane Housing Company 10 storey tower with a mix of 82 studio 1 and 2 bedroom social housing apartments located in Stones Corner aswell will consist of Mitsubishi Electric systems to communal spaces, toilet and general exhausts to apartments, stairwell pressurisation and carpark exhaust systems.

Our Bernborough Ascot job is kicking off in the next couple of weeks and we are ready to kick our single largest project to date out of the park!

Our Russell Air site office was delivered to site today with our storage container ready to gear up.

Our team took some time out today for our quarterly team building day. We enjoyed a bbq breakfast at our Sunshine Coast office followed by a climb of Mt Coolum, lunch at the Coolum surf club and finished off the afternoon on the track at the !

Our office is closed today for Team Building, a chance for our team to get together outside of the office and off the tools.

First day on site at our Scarborough project “The Oscar”. Two levels of basements, ground commercial tenancies and 45 apartments across 9 levels. Bring it on!

Today we received our offical certificates and cerification in ISO:9001 (Quality), ISO:14001 (Enviromental) and ISO:45001 (OHS).

Thanks to the team at for your help setting up our Intergrated Managment System and the team at Equal Assurance for your professionalism and great systems through the audit and certification process.

Seems like Health Care is a new sector that has landed on our lap!

Bernborough Ascot Retirement is a 6 level retirement village on Doomben race course.

Charleville, Morven and St George rural health care buildings are apart of the QLD governments remote health program. Modular buildings to be built on to existing hospital sites to help deliver improved health infrastructure to remote communities.

Our Spring Mountain state school modular project is well underway at the Hutchies modular yard.

The project consists of the installation of 48 cassettes on multiple Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems along with outside air and toilet exhaust systems to a new Prep and GLA building.

Well done Bryce and the site team for smashing the rough in out of the park look forward to seeing these buildings come together on site!
