A huge CONGRATULATIONS to the winner of Australian Idol 2023, Royston Sagigi-Baira!
Royston, a Thanakwithi and Badu Island man from the remote Queensland community of Old Mapoon, near Weipa on the Cape York Peninsula resided at Student One last year as part of Queensland University of Technology's Indigenous Australia Accommodation Program.
