Gratitude Overflowing! 🌟 Thank you, dear community, for two incredible years of unwavering support! Your warmth and love have fueled our passion to create a local dining haven for families and friends.

Though not very vocal, our focus speaks volumes through the art of crafting sensational pizzas. Over the past two years, we've achieved milestones, including the bold decision to revamp our dough using authentic Italian flour imported just a year ago. After six months of dedicated refinement, the result is nothing short of amazing!

We never stop! One year ago, we inspired by a pizza documentary in NetFlix - Chef's Table: Pizza. It showed us the unique pizza making with their passion and creative. Not only they made a great authentic pizza but also they added in their own character like the cuisine from their original home town. With the background from Asian, we have recently created another fusion pizza:

It's another fusion pizza. This time, we create a new taste on pizza bread. Curry base on pizza bread with Rosemary and Mozzarella. That is a fantastic combination. Come and try, sell until sold out.

After several rounds of testing, we finally confirm this recipe can bring out the taste of barbecue pork! Here is our new pizza Maiale Rosa (transl. pink pig) - perfect match with pizza and barbecue pork. Come and try our new pizza!

Recently, we watched a pizza documentary in NetFlix - Chef's Table: Pizza. In this documentary, it interviewed with pizza masters around the world. It showed us the unique pizza making with their passion and creative. Not only they made a great authentic pizza but also they added in their own character like the cuisine from their original home town. This is amazing and eye opened experience. My family came from Hong Kong. Hong Kong has been popular for amazing food with super wide variety of choices. I want to add Hong Kong and Asian ingredients into the pizza that we passion with. Right, this is our Fusion Pizza with our character!

In the Chef's Table: Pizza documentary, I especially love the pizza master "Franco Pepe" who said Dough is his DNA, this enables him to make whatever he like and create pizza on his own style! I can't agree more and now we made our own fusion pizza. This is just a kickstart and we will keep on going. Maybe our change is a revolution. I hope you can join us on this revolution!
