Hey myth lovers!! It's been a while between drinks. Our UK friends Wright & Grainger are bringing their fringe favourite THE GODS THE GODS THE GODS to the underground room at Caxton Street Brewing Co. this Saturday. It just picked up Best Theatre & Critics Choice at Adelaide Fringe, and packed three shows at Sydney Opera House. It mixes original pop music and poetry with Greek Mythology, and the Aussie tour is produced by Tom Oliver Productions. If you loved Dionysus, you'll love this. Welcome to the land of plenty. Named after the Greek god of wine, theatre & ritual madness - DIONYSUS is the new theatrical home of Brisbane's weird and wonderful. Professional artists with wildy different creative backgrounds are thrown together and shaken into a beautiful cocktail of performance. In a secret cabaret studio in one of Brisbane’s oldest heritage buildings, singers, actors, musicians, dancers, comedians, drag queens and more will fill your cabaret cup to the brim.
Come along and enjoy world class entertainment, food, drinks and (if you feel the need after the show) a disco in the garden until late.
