World Teachers Day - Friday October 25th 🌺

At a very young age whilst living in NZ, I witnessed my mum learn how to speak English and put herself into Teachers College.

Mum graduated with a Diploma of Teaching along with other achievements, she taught at many different kindergartens/primary schools throughout Auckland from Central all the way out to the Southside with me in tow (yes I went to several primary schools growing up 😃)

My mum dedicated a huge chunk of her life to teaching and she made many friends through her community of teachers and also with the many families she had the pleasure of teaching their children.
My fondest memory growing up was End of the Year gifts from her students, mum would get the gifts (mostly boxes of chocolates) and I would eat them all as if the gifts were for me😉🤣

Tomorrow, my siblings will be running the mobile van serving the staff of Mable Park State School in Logan.

I felt it would be a fitting occasion to celebrate the amazing human beings who give so much to our children and the community, but also a humbling opportunity for us to use this space to honour our mum and the work she did so lovingly during her calling as a Teacher🌺

A great barista candidate will have the following skills and attributes as well as work experience that reflects:

Responsibilities are -�•Ability to use common coffee brewing equipment�•Solid comprehension of health and safety standards�•Comprehensive understanding of your point of sale system
�•Barista will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverage and food products.
•Able to work in a fast paced environment �•Cheerful demeanour and Good Vibes attitude �•Creative problem-solving capabilities
