This is one of our most popular styles as it’s as easy as positioning us at your event where your guests can come up to the food truck and choose their meal for the occasion. We serve our traditional ‘Just steak it menu’ of delicious wagyu beef burgers, steak ciabatta & wraps along with fries and cold drinks.

Select from one of our catering menus and have this served so that your guests can help themselves at their own pace. Our food is created into a delicious spread of morsels that are easy to eat while mingling with one another. These can be placed in the middle of tables or served as a grazing table.

This selection is perfect for engagements, weddings, birthday parties, corporate lunches, or just important upcoming event. Our menus are placed down in the centre of tables as platters or in a beautiful buffet style. We also provide a walk around platter service of our delicious menu so that guests can keep socialising and enjoying your event.
