Today I was talking to my mother who in her youth worked as shoe machinist this is where she meet Joe ( Giuseppe) my father originally worked at Criswell shoe and them another factory was called Security Shoes and this building is still standing is on Ipswich rd Annerly it’s now the site of bicycle shop
Love that old factory design roof line
And to think back in the day Brisbane had allot of shoe factories and today they is only a handful in the whole nation

Hi all just letting you know that as it is my birthday next Monday I am having a long weekend so the shop will be closed on Friday 22nd September and Monday 25th and I’ll be back at the bench on Tuesday 26th September

Hi all letting you know that I’m having a mid year break and the shop will be closed from 16 June (last day) and reopening on July 17
My batteries are nearly flat and need a recharge
