En mi opinion la avena siempre sera la mejor opción en cuestión de carbohidratos, Un cereal con una gran cantidad de propiedades para nuestra salud 1. Sus proteínas son de alta calidad 2. Gran fuente de energía 3. Es anticancerígena 4. Te ayudará a tener un corazón más fuerte 5. Es depurativa 6. Excelente para diabéticos 7. Tendrás una mejor digestión 8. Mejorará tu calidad de los huesos ayudante a prevenir osteoporosis entre otras más…..,lo más importante para mi es que la avena no dispara el azúcar en sangre evitando los altibajos de glucosa. Es supremamente saciante lo que significa que necesitarás menos cantidad para sentirte lleno , así disminuirás la ingesta de calorías y podrá contribuir a la pérdida de peso, Yo la consumo en la mañana para tener una reserva de energía por largo tiempo y evitar así esos antojos. Los carbohidratos son esenciales ✅ muchos los eliminan pensando que esto les ayudará en su proceso 😱 solo necesitas escoger bien y saber escuchar tu cuerpo, escoge el que más te favorezca según tu proceso.👊👌

Muchas personas sueñan con tener un cuerpo perfecto: abdominales marcados, pectorales y bíceps esculpidos, siluetas afiladas… y pues si te lo propones !!! Obviamente lo podrás alcanzar, pero detrás habrá varios puntos que tendrás que tener en cuenta si lo quieres llevar un nivel extremo.. 1️⃣ requiere demasiado esfuerzo, tendrás que ser demasiado dedicado, pasar horas y horas en el gym haciendo tus entrenamientos e incrementando el cardio.
2️⃣ No logras llevar una vida normal "Lograr bajos niveles de grasa requiere hacer cambios en el estilo de vida que la mayoría de personas no están dispuestas a hacer",. "Tendrás que evitar el alcohol, preparar y tener previstas cada una de las ingestas y no poder disfrutar de una comida servida, y registrar y contar estrictamente cada gramo de comida llevan una dedicación plena." 3️⃣ llegar a % grasa bajo no es saludable y no se aconseja sostenerlo por mucho tiempo puesto que trae demasiadas contraindicaciones como : Tienes más posibilidades de tener problemas cardiovasculares , Tu nivel de energía se desploma, Siempre sientes un inusual frío, Tus músculos no se recuperan tan rápido después de entrenar, Siempre tienes hambre, Desciende la producción de testosterona, Siempre estás de mal humor,dificultades para pensar con claridad, tus hormonas se verán afectadas en el caso de las mujeres podrás perder o presentar irregularidades en tu ciclo menstrual, entre otras cosas más.. mi consejo es que debes asesorarte adecuadamente, si es lo que realmente quieres. no te obsesiones con nada en la vida los extremos al final no son buenos, trata de llevar una vida saludable, trata de tener un balance.

Cheat meals will neither prevent you from getting ripped nor losing fat! In fact, most nutrition experts have advocated what's known as the 90%-10% rule. The 90/10 rule means that 90% of the time you should eat according to your specific goal-based nutrition plan, and 10% of time you can indulge in something that is not on the diet. If you consume cheat meals this way, you won't derail your fat loss or fitness goals. There is no single research study that says cheat meals can speed up your metabolism, but eating them can help you psychologically. It is difficult for someone to be on a diet 7 days per week without cheating.

You may go crazy trying to do that, particularly if you are dieting for 12 weeks or longer. In other words, a little junk food might go a long way to help your mental game. A cheat meal is exactly that: a meal. A cheat meal does not constitute a whole day of cheating. If you follow the 90/10 rule, then the 10 percent spent cheating will never derail you from losing fat and getting ripped. These are my tips when I decide to have a cheat meal : 1️⃣don’t feel about it 2️⃣ realise, it is just one day , one meal 3️⃣put the cheating behind you 4️⃣ get back on track tomorrow.. -

One of the key ingredients to success in life and fitness is to stay persistent. Far too often, we quit if the fruits of our labor don't rapidly appear.

Fat doesn’t vanish immediately, just as companies don’t become billion-dollar empires after their first business deals. It took months to gain the weight you now want to lose, so you need to expect the same amount of time to shed those excess pounds.

The body is only capable of losing so much weight in a given time period.

Don’t let this bog you down; it is simply a reassurance that you should not expect too much of yourself in a short amount of time.

Here are four things to keep in mind during your slow and steady journey to fitness success: 1. Don’t obsess over the how or when. Instead, focus on your "why."2. Keep an open mind 3. Give doubt the cold shoulder and run away from the haters 4. Stay in your lane. Before you want to accomplish anything in life or fitness, you need a vision. If any situation or decision doesn't align with your purpose in fitness or life, don’t do it.

You’ll see gimmicky fitness products promising rapid weight loss in six months. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

The more connected and aligned you are with your vision, the easier it’ll be to show up each day.

Sometimes, the reason why you aren’t succeeding with a particular goal isn’t because of effort. It is because that goal isn’t in alignment with who you are.
