CRSA have been allocated as the Restorer on 2 Major Brisbane fires over the last month.

We conduct restoration works for burst water pipes under sinks, broken hot water systems that have leaked into the property, water intrusion from storms and rising rivers, drainage backflow damage, fire/smoke damage from building fires, electrical fires and accidental fires.

We offer a 24 hrs/ 7 days a week emergency service.

Cleaning & Restoration Services Australia provides services to the domestic, property management and insurance markets.

Some of the duties you will be required to perform are:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a Part-time position after a casual probation period. This position would be 3 days a week, 8am to 4pm with the opportunity to go full time for the right applicant. The successful applicant will have a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

*Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
*Taking messages and managing emails
*Data entry, filing and scanning
*Ensuring reception area is always kept tidy
*Customer service – in person and over the phone
*Booking client appointments
*Taking payments over the phone
*Collating marketing materials, posting on social media
*Administration tasks such as electronic filing
*Reconciling accounts on xero
*Perform other reasonable duties as directed by your manager
