In 2005 we opened in Racecourse road serving Asian inspired dishes. Today we offer the freshest food, Rak means love in Thai. So come and join us!
Today we offer the freshest food, direct from our very own greenhouse/farm 'FarmRak' the farm of love. FarmRak Signature offers our Signature Asian inspired Paddock to Plate dishes. We prepare and cook every single dish on premise (even the dipping sauces!)

🌿 A New Chapter for FarmRak Signature Restaurant, Not a Goodbye 🌿
Dear Beloved FarmRak Friends & Family,
Sometimes, life serves us a twist we didn't order. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control involving our landlord selling the property, we have to say 'see you later' rather than 'goodbye.' We’ll be closing our doors after the last dinner service on Friday 15th September 2023.
Your support has been the secret sauce to FarmRak Signature Ascot Restaurant’s delightful journey. Our core philosophy and undying passion for elevating food quality and offering healthier choices will continue to guide us. We hope you’ll come along as we turn the page to a new chapter.

Our first season “Cucamelon” please welcome this delicious cutie to FarmRak family. It has the texture of cucumber with the flavour of unripe tomato and the settle scent of watermelon. If you spot them in our dishes, please try and let us know what do you think about them.

After 10 years of research, trial and error, we believed Aquaponic is the answer we are looking for as far as the current technology allow. It’s a closed loop system using minimum resource but organically produce abundant nutrient dense fruit and vegetable.

What is the definition of “LOVE”?
We are certain that love means different things to different people and it can be difficult to define. At FarmRak “LOVE” is the beginning of everything we do. The word “RAK” means “LOVE” in Thai so FarmRak is the Farm of LOVE
It started from the LOVE we have for our customers. We want to serve the best food to our beloved customers. Not only food that taste great but also nourishing and chemical free. It sounds simple but to achieve this goal take a lot of hard work, blood and tears. Fruit and vegetable start to lose nutrient the seconds they are removed from the plant. The biggest question in our mind for over the past 10 years was how to produce it free of chemical, maximise the nutrients and serve it to our customers as quick as possible to minimise the lost of nutrient.
Then it started another LOVE. The LOVE for our environment. While we were looking for the answer, we also need the growing method that does not harm our environment and sustainable so that we can keep feeding our future generation.
LOVE is in every process of our whole operation. From looking after the plants, handling the produces, our thought about what will go into each dish, how we treat our staffs and suppliers and the plans we have for our community.
We hope you can all feel the LOVE in all of our dishes and we wish you a very happy FarmRak’s Day
There are 5 commonly known taste. Sweetness, Sourness, Saltiness, Bitterness and Savoriness.
Let’s introduce the sixth taste “Freshness” you can experience it in all of our food. 😋😋😋
What is the sweetest variety of cherry tomato?
At FarmRak, the answer is alway going to be “The please pick me ONLY when I am ripen” variety
Sadly this variety is a very rare find these days but you can find it here at FarmRak Signature Ascot 🤫🤫
Craving for fish and chip? We have a healthier alternative fish and chips for you. With our light tempura recipe, housemade seasoning which only contains 25% of salt in the mix served with home grown selected variety of lettuces and our yummy and creamy sesame dressing. Our famous FarmRak fish and chips is only the beginning of your healthy dining experience here at FarmRak Signature
Mission accomplished 🤩🤩 Hunting for specific plants for our new signature dishes this year. Big shoutout to our good friend Jerry from Gardening Australia to help us hunt down those plants. A few more plants are on its way in the next couple of weeks. This year goal is introducing more sustainable varieties of vegetables to our community and turn it into very tasty dishes 🤤🤤
