A N X I E T Y the daily struggle is real. We all have our daily struggles & some of us are pretty good at managing it or masking it. I for one do a bit of both. I wear many hats & it is 100% my own fault for not being able to say "NO" or realising I can't take on more. To say the last few years have been hard is a total understatement. Running a small business, turning up to markets, making & producing stock, creating content, book work, school runs, homework, meetings, appointments, sick kids, being a wife, mum, daughter, sister, auntie & mate to many is haaarrrdddd AF. However I really don't know life any other way.

I do however see things differently now and maybe it's my age. I am grounded and always aware that life isn't so bloody amazing for everyone. There is always others out in this big bad world who truly have it so bad and experience really s**tty stuff.

So when I have my inner tantrum and then pull my inner s**t together I start each morning by just saying to myself c'mon old girl you got this, let's go slay today. Some days I win & some I just surrender too & wave that white flag.

I take my own experiences good, bad and very ugly that have changed me & moulded me to the person I am today & know I have grown as a human being. I am a role model to my children & to others but more importantly to myself.

P O P U P S are always a great way for me to connect with our lovely customers. I love to engage & chat with you all. I have been unable to attend a few markets lately as it is the sickness season & the kiddos have been a tad unwell.

Keeping it REAL. Those who know me, know that I am all about being real. Get comfy this is going to be a long one.

So my journey to MOTHERHOOD was nothing short of horrific & traumatising. From ectopic pregnancy to life threatening health issues caused by Doctor mistreatment, to IVF, then suffering multiple back to back miscarriages & sadly more Doctor failures it took us 11 years to finally have a family.

Every Mothers day is a complete bag of mixed feelings for me. I feel happiness & joy from my boys as they shower me with their handmade gifts, loads of cuddles & kisses, but I also get a dose of sadness and grief for my darlings I lost. It's hard to find the words to really explain the wave of emotions.

I hope all the Mothers had a beautiful day filled with love from their children. Mostly though today I hope that all the women who are experiencing infertility, IVf treatments & any kind of loss know that you are not alone & my heart is with you all. Sending you all love, strength, support & most of all always know how loved & appreciated you are.
