Tomorrow we will be at the Brisbane City Markets!
it's a market in the city that takes place every Wednesday from 8-6pm! (We're usually ready from 7am if you're around early!)

This is our Roast pumpkin toastie, it's made with a house made ciabatta baked with delicious olive oil, baked pumpkin, a thick slice of marinated Smokey tofu, pickled red capsicum, rocket & house made chipotle mayo 🌱🍅🥪

There's about a 6-7 min wait time at the markets for these to toast them up, but promise theyre so delish they're worth the wait!

That was a crazy busy market! We sold out of the pies and rolls in 1.5 hours and sold every single last item! We accidentally took all the shop custard tarts along with us to the Goldcoast & they sold too 🤪

What you see is more than a box of doughnuts, it's an expression of our care & attention to detail, using premium ingredients & ensuring that each flavour is different & stand out but most importantly- so fresh and so delicious, you'd be stunned that it's vegan 😋

Our nuhtella doughnut is stuffed with a Vegan dark chocolate hazelnut filling & topped with a chunk of Vego bar 🌰🍫

The lemon meringue doughnut is made with vegan meringue! We use Aquafaba and fill the doughnut with a lemon whipped cream made with real lemons & zest 🍋🍋

The jam and cream long John! We've been told this one has brought you back to your childhood! We use a yummy raspberry jam & make sure there's no e120 in it (e120 is a food colour made with crushed bugs)

And lastly the creme brulee doughnut- is made with a yummy vanilla bean custard & torched on top 🔥
