And just like that, we are halfway through April 2022. All sites are humming along, with a couple new projects commencing earthworks this week. We have been lucky with a good run of weather, and hopefully this continues for a few more weeks. Finally chelmer was handed over late last week. It’s been a long and wild ride. We had the pandemic hit, lockdowns, material shortages & delays, labour shortages & delays, huge material price increases and over 230 changes to documentation since construction started. However, the team did an amazing job and stood up to the challenge, and we couldn’t be prouder. Without their attention to detail and craftsmanship this house would not have been executed to the high level that it has been.
