Coorparoo Podiatry Centre is looking for a casual receptionist. We have a team of 6 Podiatrists who work closely with our support staff in a modern practice in central Coorparoo. Our practice has been established for 42 years. We require someone who can work independently every Thursday afternoon/evening from approx 2.30 to 7.30pm and every Friday from 8am to 5.30pm (Approx 28 hours /fortnight). We need some flexibility to cover other staff as needed.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, a mature and friendly professional manner, strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You need good computer skills and the ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently.
Duties include answering phone enquiries, making appointments, billing clients, using computer software, daily cleaning, packaging and sterilising instruments, maintenance of clinical rooms and reception and other administrative duties.
