Depression and suppression sits heavy in the body, inhibiting the bodies natural flow. Stress holds the body so tight the body can not move. Our bodies are like water. If we inhibit the natural flow, we become stagnant and discomfort, and disease manifests in the body. We know these facts, but the choice to act may keep us stuck in a holding pattern. We may miss the deep connection within ourselves and others. Our past experiences are our opportunities to grow, feeling the fear of past what if or give ourselves three opportunities for what if I created assets new plan? Our central nervous system is highlighted in pink, which is the main point of focus during Craniosacral therapy treatment. When we are experiencing stress, anxiety, and fatigue, the body tries to reset the central nervous system by movement to release built energy in the body. Just like a dog will shake in a storm to release anxiety from their bodies. During a treatment, the therapist feels the vibration of the nervous system with the palm of the hands under the spine of the client. The therapist supports the body to release and regulate, resulting in the client feeling a calmer state. A client may yawn, take a deeper breath, or the muscles may release and soften with twitching. If you are experiencing fatigue, this may be because your body is working harder than necessary.

A heartfelt Saturday sunset meditation and labyrinth walk. My word was open... You know when you open up, you are vulnerable... Trauma responses don't give you a warning, they maybe a sound an image or the cute angel sitting in the centre of the labyrinth... My beautiful angel Jasmins birthday is on 28th March she only wanted to stay a short while, she filled our hearts and opened our hearts.. It is a reminder that life is vulnerable, and I am a human being present with trauma. It has been enlightenment walking life after the loss of a child.

Self care is one thing we may negotiate or totally ignore. Self care is not selfish Negotiable Do you feel guilty or shame for having downtime? This is one I have worked on for years. My conditioning taught me that I was lazy, unproductive, and not worthy of this indulgent thing called me time. I have learned that I'm not alone with these behaviours. These choices found me rushing around over committing and stressed. I pushed my body, and a bulging disc was the result, leaving me 12 months off work. I had plenty of time to rethink my choices. Do you need to take time out to priotise your health?
