Today arriving at a personal appointment I was greeted with photo attached. How true it is!
As most know Eryn is again doing dry July and it’s not really hard to believe since she’s not a big drinker but Eryn is officially halfway through my Dry July?
Along with Eryn, CTM Thanks to those who have donated. We’d love it if you could help her keep that number growing!
Despite being the third most diagnosed cancer, bowel cancer patients don’t receive the same level of support as other common cancers.
This year, Eryns life long friend was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer after months of misdiagnosis. Eryn is proudly raising funds for Bowel Cancer Australia, and with your help we can ensure more patients have access to dedicated support from an in-person specialist Bowel Care Nurse.
If you can, Eryn would really appreciate your support this Dry July to keep me motivated and strong for my final stretch.
Here's a link to her profile to make a donation:
www.dryjuly.com/users/eryn-osborne
There's no donation too small (or big!) because every donation will help make a difference.
Thanks in advance for your support!
(A non-alcoholic) Cheers,
Support Eryn Osborne this Dry July and make a donation. I have signed up for Dry July to raise money for people affected by cancer. Please show your support and make a donation.
After 6 Looooong Months of waiting, Jem is free… free to finally have her supports back in place..
First stop the Beach to build sandcastles. Lucky we live in area where the beach is our backyard and we have winter days like this
Last year, I embarked on Dry July as a personal challenge, but this year, I'm participating for a greater cause - my best friend of over 20 years was recently diagnosed with Bowel Cancer at the age of 35. After months of misdiagnosis, I've come to realize that cancer doesn't discriminate. That's why I've chosen to fundraise for Bowel Cancer Australia to help find a cure and assist with treatments. Join me in the fight against cancer!
Support Eryn Osborne this Dry July and make a donation. I've signed up to go Dry this July and raise funds for people affected by cancer. Please show your support and make a donation. Thanks in advance!
Doesn’t Matter where she goes.. She always makes friends… TFS miss social butterfly.

I've sponsored a local jnr soccer team.
I've been a little quiet lately on posting, but so much is going on in the background. Please be patient with this space as the next 12 months are going to be bigger and better for Care That Matters.
I do still have times available, if you or a family member is looking for support please reach out.
Looking for a play therapist, contact Allison. She is wonderful with what she does and how she interacts with kids.
About Me:
Hi, I'm Alison a registered play therapist and early childhood teacher with 30years working with children and supporting their development and advocating for play based learning.
I became a play therapist after recognising an increase in the need for extra support for some children in my classroom, and in a large group I was frustrated at not being able to offer this extra support. I have since been working as a play therapist for the past 15months and Im very excited to be launching my private practise Little Life Warriors Play Therapy Feb 2024 here in Bundaberg.
I am grateful for my opportunities to support all the amazing and unique kiddos through their journeys of emotional and social learning, creating a safe space for emotional expression and supporting parents and families in an accepting, understanding and non-judgemental environment.
Please follow this page for all the exciting updates and news from Little Life Warriors Play Therapy.
"Enter into children's play, and you will find the place where their minds, hearts, and souls meet." — Virginia Axline
In Gratitude,

2024 Jnr Sponsorship of SC Corinthian’s FC.
This year Care That Matters logo will be proudly worn by the Under 12’s.
Care That Matters values the “Family Friendly Fun” motto and values that the club holds.
Not only as a sponsor this year, my family is involved in all aspects of the club from playing, coaching and apart of the Committee, myself as the fundraiser coordinator for the club.
If you or a family member is looking to play soccer please consider SC Corinthians FC as a choice.
Last Day of holidays today, Relaxing 10 days at home.
Now time for bum up, head down. What a busy 2024 will be for Care That Matters.
Watch this space.
FIRSTLY, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you to everyone who has made Care That Matters this year, without your support and allowing me into your homes or assisting me in someway or form, there would not be a Care That Matters.
BUT, It has come to the time of year again, a time that I hope you love just as much I love. A time that allows myself to stop, spend much needed time with my husband (who's a workaholic) and kids.
Also reflect on the year that it has been and allow the body and mind to rest, reset and be ready for a BIG 2024.
I would like to inform everyone that Care That Matters will be taking a Christmas break . CTM's last day of trading for 2023 will be Friday 22nd December 2023 from 7pm. Resuming trading on Tuesday 2nd January 2023 at 9am.
Please note, There will be no business correspondence during this time.
From my family to your family, we hope you wonderful Christmas, enjoy spending time with your families and a safe new year.

From my family to all my family, friends and clients. Happy Easter, hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend with their loved ones
Meaning behind Easter:
Easter, also called Pascha or Resurrection Sunday, is a Christian festival and cultural holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day of his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary c. 30 AD.
❤❤🦋🦋Being a Disability Support Worker means you carry immense responsibility and have very little authority. You step into people's lives and make a difference. Some bless you, others curse you, some even assault you. You see people at their worst and best. You see life through with them in the time you work with them. You see people's capacity for love, courage, and endurance. You are lucky to make it to the toilet sometimes more than once in a shift, luckier still to get a break. You eat when you can because the care comes first. You lose the people you have cared for, sometimes cared for them for years. You feel their family’s heart aches and have the capacity to keep going and keep caring. It’s by no means for every one, it’s a hard job but very rewarding. Paste to your status if you are a Disability Support Worker, love a Disability Support Worker or appreciate a Disability Support Worker. They do a great job.... more than people realise 💓 I❤️love my job and wouldn't change it for the world 🦋🦋
I don’t post much about my family and try to keep it somewhat separate from my business BUT to say how proud I am of my daughter would be an understatement…
Completing her final year of high school. Which after incidents nearing the end of last year I didn’t think we would see her at school.
After 3 years at her first ever job, she left not before finding another job so she could financially pay for her car.
Today She made me drive her to Hervey Bay to take her driving test before I had a client at 12:30pm… Luckily she passed..
so now my daughter has her license has a set of keys, completing school and she’s into the big bad world with a new job and new responsibilities…
Tiff used her own time this afternoon to help a mum with two little girls without being asked and pushed one of them on the swing.
It’s the small things like this that make life easier.
