That's my face 😁!! AIPT was the Institute I went through to complete both my Cert 3&4. I did mine completely online with my own selected mentor. However there are other options available. If you're considering doing the certs yourself I highly recommend you check them out.

T.R.A.P.P= 8 secs HIT : 12 secs LIT x10Rounds each station
How it’s done:
Set an interval timer for 8 secs: 12 secs x 10 rounds.
Alternating between the 2 exercises of each station perform the 1st exercise for 8 secs at max effort (HIT). Then perform the other exercise for 12 secs at low intensity (LIT). Repeat this for 10 rounds, Rest for 60secs then repeat for all 6 stations.

EMOM - 50sec work: 10sec switch
How it’s done:
Set a 6min timer
Using the 1st exercises of each station complete as many reps as you can for 50secs. Use the 10secs left to switch to the next exercise. Repeat for all 6 exercises.
