A stunning way to finish the week in Hahndorf. Starting with the Bowen Therapy Federation of Australasian conference where the focus was on building research capacity. Followed by a Pelvis workshop and a Foot Mobilisation Technique workshop. I’m feeling blessed to have attended with my extended Bowen family. I can’t wait to try the new learnings on my beautiful clients who I know will benefit greatly ❤️

Truth! 😂 Good things happen in your body AFTER you leave the table. Remember to drink enough water, keep moving, and allow enough time between sessions to maximise its effects. 👍
