Here is what Will has to say "We wanted to showcase Pound's coffee by using a bit of a traditional number with a bump in ABV. English brown ales are typically boring yet extremely moreish. Using English brown and chocolate malts, we layered some base notes to compliment the milk chocolate and hazelnut of the coffee. Good for a winter's day, or a casual Monday..."

This July, we're partnering with the legends at Pound Coffee to bring you something truly special. Using their products, we have created a brand new beer, three espresso martinis and a dessert but that’s not all.
Giving back to our community is something we love to do, so we are introducing a coffee rewards card available for the month of July only.

Here is what Will our head brewer has to say, "DARK features a rich blend of roasted specialty malts, chocolate barley, and roasted wheat. Served on Nitro, for silky, smooth, velvety little bubbles. Pull up a pew, crack out the shortbreads and savour the darker, cooler mocha days."

Here is what Will our head brewer has to say " A hazy pale beer bursting with tropical fruit aromatics brewed with our house yeast strain, and our modern-day flagship hazy pale is balanced to perfection. We use pale malt, wheat, and oats and spice it up with plenty of hops from AUS, NZ, and the USA. Strap on in, because when it rains in the tropics, it pours juice!”

Embark on an unforgettable journey with Will and Steve as they venture to the lush fields of Nelson, New Zealand, for the annual Southern Hemisphere hop harvest. Teaming up with the passionate folks at Freestyle Hops, they dove headfirst into the hop bines, hand-selecting only the finest hops for our latest creation.

Behold, our latest FOUND. WANDERING brew: Freestyle Hops NZ Hazy Pale Ale. This mesmerising hazy pale ale is a symphony of flavors, boasting delicate notes of peach, nectarine, white grapes, and resin. Crafted with a blend of Freestyle Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops, topped off with a generous sprinkle of Nelson Sauvin Hop kief for an extra kick, every sip is an NZ adventure for your taste buds.

We've added a touch of sweetness with the addition of lactose, perfectly balanced by the silky smooth texture of rolled oats. The result? A silky, hop forward brew that celebrates the unparalleled quality of Freestyle hops, found in our little corner of the world.

F-THAT | COLLAB | RANGE X FOUND.

F- THAT, we are sick of waiting...

We are thrilled to share our latest collab with the incredible team at Range. Our friends from Range, welcomed Will and Finney with open arms during a recent visit to Brisbane for the 2024 JUICY Fest, and we were delighted to brew a special DDH IPA together.

For those who may not be familiar with Range, they have quickly become Australian industry icons known for their innovative and exceptionally balanced beers, based in Brisbane.

Together, we have created a truly unique and unforgettable beer using a combination of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic hops. This collaboration showcases a harmonious blend of flavors, including refreshing summer berries, sweet candied orange, and tangy sherbet, with a burst of luscious overripe mango on the finish. The beer boasts a luxurious mouthfeel and a satisfying palate that will leave you wanting more.
