Our cafe team welcomed some new faces and reminisced with some previous Guests including Marlene and Jo who sat in their favourite booth.

Did you know that Phil May, four-time triple jump Olympic champion was one of the founders of Dôme Coffees?

Phil May won gold at the Mexico Olympics in 1970. After his sporting career ended, he turned his hand to coffee roasting and opened the first Dôme cafe in Cottesloe in 1991.

Today, this one cafe in Cottesloe has grown to more than fifty cafes, located right around Western Australia.
