Mason Taylor, founder of SuperFeast will be in conversation with Dr Mario Alam to discuss the ancient traditions and Dao philosophy of spiritual and physical balance and wellbeing and the benefits of using plant medicines with an opportunity to discuss preparing and strengthening the mind and body for psychedelic-assisted treatments.
A qualified GP and holistic practitioner Dr. Mario sits on the advisory board of Mind Medicine Australia for the legalisation of psychedelic medicines. Dr. Mario marries his training in Western Medicine with years of learning from great spiritual teachers around the world.
They will go into detail on preparation for behavioural and lifestyle changes that can be incorporated into daily practice for a more harmonious, embodied and integrated healing journey and experience.
This webinar will also be valuable for all people looking for life practices to empower their physical health and assist with balance and improved mental health.

Meet the SuperFeast Founder and his Family
Since 2011 our mission has been to provide our SuperFeast community with the highest quality medicinal mushrooms and tonic herbs from around the world.
Founded by health educator and tonic herb nerd Mason Taylor, SuperFeast is an extension of his personal apothecary. Mason was joined in 2016 by his partner Tahnee McCrossin, who has a background in the Taoist healing arts. They welcomed baby Aiya to the fold in late 2016.
Mason and Tahnee (and Aiya!) are stoked to be sharing their combined passions for health and bringing ancient wisdom to modern people with the SuperFeast gang.
