Today, after a magical morning coffee with a woman, I love and admire, I am excited to embrace the flow with adaptability.

Change need, not be scary it is simply change, and sometimes we need a little nudge from the universe in order to let go of things that no longer serve us and to steer us in another direction.

Time to check back in with my heart and follow what brings me joy, not just some days, but every day …

Grace……

This word has presented itself to me for almost 5 days now in different things i have read or listened to….

Every night i sing to my daughter the first verse of Amazing Grace…. it’s actually the only part of this powerful beautiful song that i know…

It was my beautiful Pas favourite song the one i remember him by….

He has been passed over for almost 10 years now but i’m always called back to Grace in my difficult moments and i know without a doubt it’s him and his guidance to remind me that i am supported always and that i am exactly where i need to be in this very moment…

If we can call in grace in those times that are hard there’s beauty that will follow….

Let’s meet Douglas fir…..

This amazing oil has been a game changer in our house every time I have used it .

Over the past week, my Mila has been homebound with a nasty cough , the type of cough that was keeping us all up for hours in the night, and then I remembered the magic of Douglas fir .

Tonight, I used him along with Siberian fir one drop added to a teaspoon of coconut oil, accompanied with a beautiful, loving application on her back down her spine and the same across the chest .
I then repeated the process exactly the same way with just one drop of Douglas Fir.
immediately she stopped her coughing and it sent her off into a beautiful, relaxed slumber.

Monoterpenes like B – Pinene make Douglas fir an uplifting oil that on an emotional level lifts you from dysfunctional, generational patterns .
