Last week was one of the most powerful weeks.

I got to be Supported in Re Learning My craft in Lomi Lomi ♥️ And held on such a beautiful container with such wonderful people.

I managed to be held in the most amazing healing session .lexi.newman
For a spinal energetics session & acupuncture

I managed to re engage externally in life through aspects of living where I had limited myself through a form of self protection.

I managed to Go to a Sacred Woman’s event which I have in my heart been planning or dreaming for - for some time. And I got to share it with my Children.
I will save that share for another post ^

I received Love and Compassion through bravely allowing my self to feel my value energetically.
I received the manifestations My heart has been calling in.

I have been viewing a potential new location for my craft , my business, my north star , my path , my birth right.

It has been big ♥️
The self work I have been doing leading up to this has been massive - and I feel very empowered to be stepping into a more
RADIANT VERSION OF MYSELF.

One of the things I feel like has really shifted things was what started off as little things i began to do for my body - for my mind - for my soul - Because somewhere along the way I had began to accept less and i’m talking from myself.

So I began to honestly- lean into this and then just simply start honouring myself …

The food has been a big one - I have begun clearing out some habits- and so far it as been a path I have enjoyed- Mainly because I made choices for myself - prior to medical advice.

When I say medical ^ I mean medicine Men & Woman.

So here I am in the mist of a New Road ahead

My Offerings are changing
My Intentions are being re energised

And I will begin to share again once more

A sense of relief to get through the first year yet a desire now to somehow stay in each moment and not survive, to thrive that much more in the magic of creation of Life.

Had such a beautiful presence as it engaged with us , the wings looked like it was from the fae realm.

Giving us a reminder that moving energy through to come back into stillness comes in many forms.

They had a late park trip and I managed to gather my energy again to make a yummy pumpkin soup for there return, the power of routine with children brings them such peace knowing the order of the end of the day.

The night before we had done things all over the show it had been a rainy day and with that comes a lot of time inside , the order of the day was stagnant then we managed to shift it - yet with that comes change - movement of energy and well the night wasn’t in the flow of routine- which is also fine - just without the knowledge of what’s happening makes them that much more unsettled.

Re grounded them becomes more of a challenge,

Which is also ok 💜
I had to create routines when I became a mum , sometimes It really makes my Sagittarius energy feel uncomfortable lol 😂 & also makes my North node in Ta**us Happy 😆)

I connect in to just how lucky we are to even get the chance to contemplate our days , make these choices & we are so grateful to create a life we love that makes us feel supported.

Here’s to the power in creating new ways of living that are not always things we want , they are things we need to incorporate into each day to support ourselves.

Just like Self Tending isn’t always about that yummy glass of wine you deserve or desire at the end of a day as a reward for what you have achieved ^ just an ex from my old self.
