Have a look at just some of the vegetables we hand picked for our clients this morning at New Brighton Farmers Market].

The winter produce on offer is thriving at the moment with variety, flavours and colours - despite shortages elsewhere - there obviously isn’t a shortage of seasonal, local produce at the markets.

I pick from the market twice a week for private clients so they get the best of local produce weekly and seasonly.

It it doesn’t get much better than when we have a perfect day at the perfect location - .

Our Head Chef Anth had the embers in the fire pit ready before noon for hanging these beautiful lamb shoulders to slowly cook with local citrus handpicked from our garden.

In the Portuguese oven, we roasted a stunning piece of scotch fillet to be served with house made pickles, moreish salads and handmade pita breads.

Using a Portuguese oven, the parrilla BBQ and of course the fire pit we were able to showcase the incredible produce of this area and the result of cooking over coals like this is the distinct wood-smoked, complex flavour that we love.

Whole lamb Argentine style ✨ This lamb will cook for 8 hours over red gum, basted with Salmuera - a salty herb wash and brine.

Sacha was trained by an Argentine chef and this is a show stopper for special occasions and how we love to cook.

Lamb will be served family feast style with chimmi churri, Crilloja - tomato, capsicum salsa, herby vibrant salads, fresh sourdough and cultured butter. 🙌🏼
