My name is Tess, and I specialise in an advanced type of myotherapy called SLM Bodywork. This unique treatment consists of a full body deep tissue massage and acupressure.
My focus is to bring the body into balance and release blockages. To get the best results, I always treat the whole body in each session.
Everything in the body is connected, and if you want to fix a problem, you need to work on the whole body to get the best result.
It is usually an imbalance between different muscles that causes the body to go out of alignment, which eventually will lead to pain and injury.

Hi Everyone!
As many of you may be aware of, detoxing and healing from chronic illness and auto immune diseases have been a huge passion of mine for many years. About 12 years ago my own healing journey started when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I have since then 100% reversed that condition.
I know from my own personal experience how hard it is when you're struggling with health issues.
During this journey I have learned a lot from researching, experimenting and making lots of mistakes along the way. With this knowledge and experience I have now started a new business in Detox Coaching in order to be able to support and help other people improve their health and give them support along the way.
