With a growing business sometimes the task lists turn into mental loads and it feels like it takes longer to ask for help than do everything yourself - do you know this feeling?
I always hear my dad at this point “slow down, ask for help, take the time to show someone once, so they can help you many times”

“So much love and intention has gone into this beautiful high vibrational essence, created through an ancient alchemical process. Applying it is a divine ritual and I love the healing act of energetically activating my perfume by pressing my finger into the “Evolve” code printed on the bottle. The scent is a blend of some of my favourite grounding essential oils, activated by a crystalline elixir. I enjoy applying this natural perfume multiple times a day—it sits lovingly on my desk or in my handbag. The doctrine of signatures, the connection to each plants energetics, the honouring of the plant kingdom, the ability to deeply meditate and run machinery at the same (this one was a challenge some days!)

Even though it’s now been 20 years since I left my beautiful job there, I am Forever grateful for how it supported me through my college years to become more than just my paperwork.

3 ways to use our best selling face serum.

1. 3 drops on a wet hand, over the top of your toner and under your moisturiser for a perfect hydration

2. 5 drops on a dry hand then massaged into your face and neck for a deep and rich night serum on its own.

3. In deep ritual, place 7 drops of this activated serum in your left palm, exhale an intention into your palm.
Slowly dip your middle finger of your right hand into the serum and deeply press it into your third eye, into the pressure points above and below your lips. Into your jaw and beside your nose.
Take the time to welcome your intention and this sacred moment for self to clear the day and nurture your skin.

“From a young age I adored Natural Medicine and wanted to support people to feel better, so the path to college felt consciously easeful, one step in front of the other I always just followed my interests.
Opportunities arose including teaching internationally with my CranioSacral Mentor and embarking on Retreat Facilitatation with my KaHuna School. And after 15 years in the healing arts industry, one day a gentle decision to embark on a weekend project of making elixirs with a dear friend.
Shemana was created to support my massage clients, to have activated skincare and mists to continue their self care at home. And 10 years later it is found in over 300 hundred stores around the world.

Still made by us, in small batches the art of ritual is infused in every step of its creation. From the perfume itself and its activation process, to the ritual that it supports in each person who uses Shemana.

It is made in the alchemy lab on the ground floor of our Wellness Ritual Spa in Mullumbimby Industrial Estate. Above we offer Rituals of Healing Arts, Meditation and Massage Modalities as well as Mentoring and Training in the Art of Ritual for practitioners. Its my passion project where all my learnings, experiences, soul knowing wisdoms and magic gets to be shared in the conscious intentional space of self care to enhance daily lives. “
