Happy weekend Schnitz fans!!! And we are back!! Tomorrow the gigs bus is at the newest brewery in Cairns and the best place on the Southside to have a Saturday arvo and evening sesh! Come grab one of the awesome craftys from head brewer Morgan and the crew at Copperlode Brewing Co. and while you are there grab a feed from us. We will be onsite from 12pm until 7pm or sold out!

Yesterday in partnership with the team Bryant's Family Butchery we were able to provide an amazing breakfast to the legends of Cairns and surrounds who formed Saturdays "Mud Army". It is truly amazing to see the community spirit shine in the wake of recent events. We thank the organisers and all involved for the opportunity to be help in our own way.

The boss is sipping a cool glass of water after setting up this morning. We are back at the 2023 Freshwater Festival Christmas bash!! We will be serving up our goodies from 5pm today!! Come along and say hello, enjoy a feed, drink and some great music and stalls.

Whilst we can debate all day whether it’s PARMY with a Y or PARMY with and I, there is no debate that this one is bloody delicious! Our world renown locally sourced schnitty from topped with Napoli sauce, shredded ham, shredded tasty cheese and finished with an amazing liquid cheese!

That's right, everyone's favourite guilty pleasure the dagwood dog like you have never experienced before. We have taken the humble battered frankfurt on a stick and glammed it up by serving it in a roll sauced and garnished! and without a stick!

We are excited to be invited back to the Freshwater Festival 2022 Xmas Celebration. We will be onsite at Freshwater Tennis Club from 5pm serving up the below menu. We will also have a kids Chick'n'Cheese Burger along with cold drinks available. It looks like the weather is gonna be pretty good according to the forecast so we look forward to a great crowd!
