Inspired by the origin next week, I've created the menu to be freezable but snack/takeaway based for the types of foods I grab when I'm out and about.

Mexican lasagna is Gluten Free and Vegetarian.

Sorry this is so late!! It's been a big week juggling the restaurant, appointments and kids! But here is this week's menu.

Please order by 5pm Saturday and collect between 5pm and 6pm Monday from our bistro Palms & Plates.

The butter chicken is gluten free and the meatballs can be without the pasta.

We've started something new this week also, doing meals without rice. The containers will be 500ml instead of the usual 640ml as they will be meat and sauce only with the butter chicken and moroccan beef. Please advise if you'd like to add rice to the meal.

The vegetarian option is the cheese and spinach tart.

EXTRA OPTION: 14 HR S***E VIDE ROAST PORK OR BEEF.

This is something new we are trailing. This is our Sunday roast we serve at the restaurant. This is a vac sealed piece of meat, cooked in water at 68 degrees for 14 hours.

Pork shoulder is $35 per kilo (minimum 1kg order)
Beef is $40 per kilo (minimum 1kg order)

This is perfect to keep cold and slice for sandwiches etc or I will provide re-heating instructions for finishing as a roast as we do in the restaurant (roast in 30 minutes). Each piece will be sold vac sealed from the s***e vide. Weight is pre-cooked also.

Yes I'm a foodie. In the sense that I like to eat good food not just cook it!!

Sat a family of seven - five boys, big appetites, love variety but half are fussier than the rest and you catered to everyone perfectly.

My thirteen, fifteen year olds and myself feel it was potentially the best food experience we have had on the gold coast in terms of quality, freshness, service and the house grill 👌🏼

We have oven baked gnocchi as our vego option.

Grilled green curry chicken and Greek style lamb as our GF options.

Yesterday's pre-made meals were packaged and ready for pickup!!

Thai Red Curry vegetable soup - noodles and fresh herbs packaged separately so it is still easy to freeze (this one has a nice kick to it!)

Pappadelle Beef Ragu - beef slow cooked for 14 hours 👌🏼

Hainanese poached chicken - the healthy options with a touch of oil in the ginger shallot oil, sweetness with the ketchup manis and spice with the chilli sambol.

Our new Monday pickup is proving to be a success.

Greek Moussaka, Chinese hainanese poached chicken and pappardelle beef ragu plus a new fusion of vegetable soup and our favourite Thai red curry!!

Vegetarian is the soup.

Gluten free is the Soup and chicken but we can do GF pasta instead in the pappardelle beef ragu as the sauce is GF.

The butter chicken is gluten free and the lasagna is our vegetarian option this week.

As usual there are four options, three meat/seafood and one vegetarian option.

GF option is the tamarind prawns. However, I can do the beef ragu on rice instead of pasta to make it GF.

Vegetarian is the spinach and ricotta pasta bake. The fried rice can also be vegetarian if you'd like tofu instead of prawns, just let me know.

I had the best time at this amazing little Italian restaurant/bar in Burleigh Heads last night !!

It has been on my list of must eats since it opened and they did not disappoint!

We were a table of 6 ladies and were welcomed by an amazing young musician .music that set the best vibe for my belated birthday celebrations!!

From cocktails to beer and probably the best garlic, chilli prawns I've had in years with their signature wood fired flavour, it's the best food I've eaten out in Burleigh for a very long time!

It's simple food with delicious wood fired pizza and antipasti selections that was welcoming, relaxed and was perfect for our group dinner.

We will definitely be back with the whole family!!
